SAS Builders, Inc. is a locally owned and operated real estate development, construction and home building company located in Blacksburg, Virginia. Jeanne H. Stosser, President Jeanne has been involved in real estate development, investment and management in the New River Valley for the past 28 years. She is a past President of the New River Valley Homebuilders Association, NRV Association of Realtors Developer of the Year Award recipient in 1997, Small Businessperson of the Year Award recipient from the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce in 2000, and recipient of the New River Valley Homebuilders Association Builder of the Year award in 2009. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Class A Contractor. |

Scott A. Stosser, Senior Vice President Scott Stosser has been working as a Class A Contractor in the construction field for over 15 years. His experience includes light commercial and single and multi-family housing in the New River Valley. He is part owner of of SAS Builders, Inc. Scott is also the recipient of the New River Valley Builder of the Year Award. |

Jeffrey P. Stosser, Senior Vice President Jeff Stosser has been involved in property management and real estate development and investment for over 11 years. He is the Financial Analyst and Estimator for SAS Builders, Inc. He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Engineering. Mr. Stosser is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional. |
